Responsibilities
· Assisting with preparation of budget request and submission,
· Assisting with site measurement and quantity taking off for preparation of pricing documents
· Assisting with preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) & Request for Proposal (RFP),
· Assisting with Quantity and Cost Assessment,
· Interfacing with various end user departments and stakeholders as necessary to gather information required to carry out the Services,
· Assisting the Procurement Department personnel on facility projects,
· Post contract scope such as preparation of Project Manager’s Instruction (PMI), VO budget approval etc,
Skills/Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
