Job Title: Temp Data Analyst
Job Location: Biopolis, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 4 Months
Working Hours: Mon - Thu: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM & Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Scope: We are looking for a motivated Temp Data Analyst for a period of 4 months who is proactive and equipped with the required skills to support Organisation vision and mission. It is essential that he/she is also a team player and can communicate effectively with his/her leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry (e.g. extraction of data from PDF documents into an Excel Data Table)
- Check for duplicate data entries for selected Data Fields
- Create data validation for selected Data Fields to guide users when providing data for Excel Data Tables
Job Requirements
- A diploma in any discipline
- Advanced level competency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (primarily Pandas, also NumPy, SciPy) is preferred
- Excellent communications, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines when required
- Team player.
