About the job
As a Technical Service Chemist for the organization, you are required to:
- Evaluate water-based decorative paints and industrial coatings in the lab.
- Conducting evaluations and comparative analyses to assess the performance of thickeners, viscosity modifiers, surfactants, and defoamers.
- Conduct market trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities for new product development.
- Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions and proposals aligned with their specific requirements
- Offering technical assistance in assessing product performance and formulating effective solutions.
- Design and execute experiments, interpret findings, and proactively address performance concerns by proposing effective solutions.
- Prepare reports and materials to support product launches and marketing efforts.
- Ensure lab safety and cleanliness according to company standards.
Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you must possess a Diploma or Degree in related fields., preferably with minimum 2 years of related work experience in the wet lab operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers.
- Ability to work independently
