Job Responsibilites:
- Processes requests, ensuring alignment with company protocols
- Maintains a systematic filing system (manual and computerized)
- Professionally answers phone calls and responds promptly to customer inquiries
- Support in Prepare, Process and Follow up on Sales Orders.
- Generating and Submitting purchase orders (PO)
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Admin role or desk bound office role
