Responsibilities
- Plans, organises and manages engineering activities and feedback crucial matters from projects.
- Carries out engineering design/drawings related to their disciplines.
- Reviews design and drawings prepared by subordinates.
- Reviews and approves, if required, production drawings (e.g. isometric drawings) prepared by Production Engineering.
- Prepares Purchase Specifications, as required.
- Approves drawings submitted by sub-contractors or vendors.
- Provides technical support to Operations and Commercial Departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institute
- At least 8 of relevant working experience
- Possess positive and willing to learn attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
