My client is a leading real estate company specializing in office properties, committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager, Office Marketing.
- Salary Package: Basic $5,000 - $6,000 + Mobile Allowance + AWS (13 month Bonus) + 2.5 months Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Location: Central, City Hall
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance office sales and optimize leasing performance across our property portfolio.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives for office properties.
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in marketing plans, including the creation of marketing materials.
- Cultivate and expand prospect networks for sales and leasing opportunities.
- Identify prospects and collaborate with property agents to secure office sales and leases.
- Handle sales/leasing inquiries and conduct presentations and site viewings.
- Support the leasing team in achieving targets and managing lease operations.
- Proactively engage with tenants for lease renewals.
- Coordinate with external parties like lawyers and asset managers for lease reviews.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet tenant requirements.
- Foster strong landlord-tenant relationships.
- Provide clients with regular market updates and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer/HOD.
Requirements:
- CEA registered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in office or retail sectors.
- Experience in office leasing is a must.
