Assisting and ensure a smooth daily service operations ranging from opening and closing of restaurant, taking orders, table setting and outlet cleaning etc.
Ensure all pre-opening duties are completed on a daily basis
Basic cashiering duties
Provide service according to procedures and standards established by management
To be familiar with menu items consisting of beverage list as well
Able to recommend and promote menu items and/or specials to customers
Assist in daily inventory and reporting of any loss or damages
Prepared to handle customer complaints and feedbacks effectively as well as communicating to immediate managers for follow up actions
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment
Coordinate with restaurant team (stewards/bussers, kitchen staff and bar staff) to ensure smooth operations for customers
Maintain table etiquette and restaurant ambience
Able to perform other related duties as required by assistant and/or restaurant manager
