Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including processing payroll, ensuring accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR support to employees regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in HR operations or related role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Able to start immediately is preferred!
