About the role
It takes a village to give a safe and delightful service to our customers. As things get more complex, “the village” needs highly skilled data analysts who can lift their head above the noise and guide us through data insights on what is truly best for our customers. This is you. You will support data projects working with different teams across Grab with the purpose of giving our customers the best service in the world.
Responsibilities
Functional
- Independently assemble large and complex data sets that meet the business or analytical needs
- Build and deploy data models that help optimize support experience
- Work closely with the Business or Operations Teams to understand their problem statements and conceptualize analytics frameworks that convert business problems into technical hypotheses
- Design and recommend A/B testing to evaluate the model performance and provide interpretation of the experiment results, and provide data-driven recommendation
- Develop and maintain data insights and performance dashboards
Customer
- This is everything. You have to be the radical advocate for our users, laser focused on the quality of their experience with us above anything else
People
- Lead the charge: Influence and serve in order to deliver through others
