Requirement
- B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or relevant course
- With min. 5 - 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
- Preferably with construction industry background (Architectural & M&E)
- Able to work under stress and independently
- Able to converse in English & Mandarin
- Reporting to Senior Manager / Principal Director
Job Description
· To lead entire team for project execution ensuring within time, quality & cost
· Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
· Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
· Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
· Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
· Key contact person in terms of communication via main con
· Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
· Monitoring project progress and performance
· Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
· Working closely with client to ensure the project meets business needs
· Monitoring of cost and cash flow.
· Certifying of progress claims (from sub-contractor).
· Carrying out Risk Assessment.
· Perform other project engineering and project management related duties.
