Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that encompass online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation, to effectively reach target audiences and drive sales / visitorship.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collaterals, including but not limited to, advertisements, social media content, videos, and promotional materials.
- Measure, report and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in market research activities to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Participate actively in marketing brainstorms and generate ideas or engaging content that promotes our products and services, builds brand awareness, and helps us achieve our growth strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to integrate new techniques and technologies into the marketing strategy.

Qualifications Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, or any marketing related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Experience and knowledge in email marketing and CRM platforms such as Active Campaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience and knowledge with WeChat official account backend operations and understanding of WeChat marketing tools usage will be an advantage.
