Digital Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that encompass online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  2. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation, to effectively reach target audiences and drive sales / visitorship.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collaterals, including but not limited to, advertisements, social media content, videos, and promotional materials.
  4. Measure, report and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Assist in market research activities to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  6. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  7. Participate actively in marketing brainstorms and generate ideas or engaging content that promotes our products and services, builds brand awareness, and helps us achieve our growth strategies.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to integrate new techniques and technologies into the marketing strategy.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  4. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  5. Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, or any marketing related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role

Technical Competencies:

  1. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  2. Experience and knowledge in email marketing and CRM platforms such as Active Campaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  3. Experience and knowledge with WeChat official account backend operations and understanding of WeChat marketing tools usage will be an advantage.
