Job Description & Requirements

The Life Programme Manager is responsible for leading efforts to grow, develop and maintain the Viva Life Programme that encompasses treating, anticipating, preventing and delaying health issues linked to childhood cancer treatment administered to children with cancer.

The life programme hopes to support children who survive cancer to maximize their chances of living long, healthy, happy and fruitful lives.


Key Responsibilities

* Work with CEO and Manager of Education, Outreach and Research to develop and implement strategic development plans

* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to the Life Programme activities in Singapore and overseas

* Communicate and work with beneficiaries and volunteers to build a loving and nurturing community with a positive outlook that is knowledgeable and active in promoting lifestyle that is conducive to healthy longevity

* Identify and collaborate with partners

* Work on outreach and engagement programs to increase impact

* Manage and improve the website

* Research, identify and apply for grant opportunities

* Set up, maintain and manage databases

* Plan and execute annual signature and other events

* Manage the communication with stakeholders


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is highly desirable.

· Extensive experience in executive-level communication and development, programmes and relationship management..

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with beneficiaries, volunteers and institutional partners.

· Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align life programme development efforts with broader organizational goals.

· Proficiency in setting- up, maintaining websites and related technologies.

· Leadership experience at an executive level, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
