Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Coldroom Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our coldroom facilities, ensuring the proper storage and handling of perishable goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming perishable goods in designated coldroom areas.
- Monitor and maintain coldroom temperatures according to established guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coldroom facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently fulfill customer orders and meet deadlines.
- Operate forklift to load and unload pallets of products.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in a warehouse or coldroom environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Possess a valid forklift license.
