Adecco is proud to partner with a leading German family-owned provider of industrial machine needles. Join the team as a HR Generalist, where you'll provide support to Asia Pacific employees. This role reports directly to the Vice President of HR Asia Pacific.
The Job
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees within your portfolio.
- Review payroll before processing.
- Provide HR advice to line managers.
The Talent
- Minimum 3 years of regional HR experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the HR team.
