Responsibilites:
To monitor daily reports.
To monitor daily ServiceNow tickets.
To investigate and process QR claims upon request from banks or consumers.
To investigate and monitor unconfirmed transactions and perform adjustments via internal systems.
Requirements
ITE/Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispute Handling field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Team player and effective communicator.
5 days work week
