Responsibilities
· Assist with development of user test plans and testing to validate system enhancements.
· Develop new procedure documentation in support of new process, products or system enhancements.
· Assist in discussing proposed system enhancements and modifications with IS staff and Operations.
· Provide post implementation support for all approved deliverables. Conduct trains the trainer sessions.
· Good understanding of department processes with strong technical product or processing system knowledge Convey information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication Good organizational skills Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
Skills/Requirement
· Support in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing. This will include determining scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans.
· Preparing various documents like test scenarios and test cases
· Identify and resolve issues together with IT upon UAT testing.
· Execute regression tests, functional test, and test automation.
· Managing testing at times when required and find the issues/testing not closing or moving as expected.
· Working as a liaison between Business users, Developers and BA
· Involve any other ad hoc assignments relate with compensation revamp project.
