Responsibilities
· Collaborating with stakeholders - end-users, project managers, and technical team to document detailed requirements for the workflow application includes gathering information about business processes, user workflows, and system integration points.
· Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency gains through the implementation of the regional workflow solution.
· Working closely with technical teams to design and document the workflow application's functional specifications. Ensure Processes and solutions design meet compliance & security requirements.
· Drive continuous improvement to optimized both system and work processes, Evaluate and identify suitable technology for workflow solution and Custom Web and mobile Applications.
· Assisting in the development of user training materials and conducting user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the workflow application.
Skills/Requirement
· Needs to have experience in developing custom workflows using App Engine.
· Exhibit stronger knowledge in both technical ends as well be able to leverage business process skills and technical skills to effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions to support business analysis.
· Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology related field); other advanced degree is a plus.
· 1-5+ years’ experience in Workflow-based application; participate in minimum 4 end-to-end solution implementations/rollouts is preferable
· Experience delivering consulting engagements, managing customer expectations, and a command of the collaboration technologies and other components that make up ServiceNow/SharePoint collaboration product family.
· Deep technical knowledge and possess the communication skills and organizational agility to guide customers through projects.
· Good knowledge ServiceNow platform
· Good knowledge in Java, Microservices, REST APIs
