Information:
- 3 years contract
- Basic: Up to $5,000 + Incentive
- Working Hours: 9am-6pm
- Shift Rotation: Sun - Tue ; Wed - Sat
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the real-time accuracy of map data on our client's platform.
- Proactively monitor live markets to identify and capture disruptions or incidents for the assigned regions.
- Ensure real-time incidents are promptly and accurately documented using appropriate tools and systems.
- Reflect captured incidents on the Partner's map to provide timely and accurate guidance for all map users.
Requirements:
- Ability to translate German/Spanish -English for German/Spainish speaking markets.
- B1/B2 language certification in German.
- Proficiency in either Spanish or French is a plus for other markets.
- Flexible with rotational shifts and weekdays off, as involves 24/7 support
