Job Description:
- Able to handle sales enquires and order processing
- Able to prepare Quotation, SO, DO & Invoices using in-house system and any other relevant documents relating to Sales or Project
- Able to communicate with our own factory and logistic (internal) as well as customers and suppliers (external) in order to meet customer's requirements
- Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Most importantly, positive thinking and willing to learn.
Requirements:
- Candidates with working experience in project co-ordination preferred.
- Several years of working experience in building and construction industry will be an added advantage. If no experience, training will be provided.
- Min. qualification requirement: ITE / GCE “A”-level / Diploma
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and consistently maintaining and meeting timelines under minimal supervision.
