Job Responsibilities:
- Handling daily client callbacks for NFTF / Cross Border / Close Monitoring / Cold Canvassing
- Conducting audio audits on client callbacks from Telecentre
- Managing client service-related feedback
- Offboarding of Representatives
- Responding to external reference checks
- Assist in Annual Declaration Exercise
- Assist in Annual Introducer Review
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
