Job Description
- Partner with HR Business Department in meeting the transfer of employment, onboarding and payroll process to ensure smooth delivery of HR services which includes:
- Tracking outstanding or missing documents or data and updating the master spreadsheet
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for data inception, transfer and payroll processing
- Reviewing data and correcting any deficiencies, errors or any inconsistencies.
- Provision of salary info, leave and medical claims utilisation to cluster to facilitate the transfer of employment
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business administration or any other related field
- 1-2 years HR experience
