Our client is a MNC company in the Transportation industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Generalist to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage various HR functions including policy adherence, HR system management, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, C&B,and L&D.
- asist in supervising administrative and functional side in the office
- Maintain staff training records and assist with training administration.
- Lead recruitment processes, actively sourcing talent from various channels.
- Handle onboarding, off-boarding, and exit interviews.
- Manage employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee databases and personnel files.
- Handle work pass applications
- Manage employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
- Process payroll, claims, and timesheet processing, including government claims.
- Contribute to the Staff Welfare Committee and organize corporate events.
- Collaborate on general office tasks and support team efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse personnel through coaching and performance monitoring
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR or relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiene
