Job Title: Project Manager (ID8199)
Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6pm.
Salary: $5000 - $5500
Job Description:
Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed including documenting the projects with photos
Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.
Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works
Participate in site meetings with clients/ subcontractor/ suppliers and propose improvements if necessary
Liaise with clients’ representatives with regards to all site matters.
Budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
Responsible for the collection of project advance payment, progress payment and settlement payment
In charge of the overall management of the project, including construction period, cost, work progress, quality, safety, construction regulation
Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations
Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing
Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations, as well as Quality and Progress at project worksite
Requirement:
With more than 5 years Project Engineer working experience
