Job Description:
Oversight of Contract Management:
- Supervise the entire energy contract lifecycle, encompassing creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales leadership, trading, billing, and finance departments, to ensure contracts adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor contract performance and promptly address any deviations or issues.
Support for Sales Operations:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to external sales teams by aiding in the preparation of quotations and sales proposals.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, billing, trading, and compliance units to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of contract terms.
Management of Commissions:
- Administer the calculation and disbursement of commissions for the external sales team, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish and uphold commission tracking systems and generate reports to offer insight into sales performance and commission disbursements.
- Address inquiries and resolve discrepancies regarding commission payments promptly.
Reporting:
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to convey critical sales metrics, performance indicators, and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of over 2 years in sales operations, contract management, or related roles. Candidates in energy sector preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software, contract management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good and amicable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and engage stakeholders..
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
