Job Description:
- Answer all incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, recording relevant details for follow-up by appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to draft proposals based on provided information.
- Generate and process invoices, as well as compile monthly reports for billing purposes.
- Maintain and organize filing systems and relevant software to ensure accurate record-keeping of information. e. Support the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily operational tasks within the team.
- Assist in managing customer care activities, including addressing feedback and complaints, and compiling market intelligence for marketing efforts.
- Update and manage customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operations, to fulfill customer requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
