Accounts & HR Assistant

Acesian Partners Limited

Responsibilities:

- To be able to handle basic accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, issuance of cheques or online banking, and other day-to-day accounting matters

- To assist in monthly and yearly account closing

- To be able work with External and Internal auditors & clients on audits

- To assist in filing GST returns & corporate tax

- To assist Senior Manager on HR admin matter

- To be able to communicate and work closely with colleagues


Requirements:

- Diploma graduate or equivalent qualification

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in accounts department

- Experience working in listed company is an advantage

- Experience using accounting software such as Sage300, MYOB, UBS and Quickbook Accounting software is preferred

- Meticulous and proficient in MS Excel

- Interested in accounting and is willing to learn more

- Possess positive and good attitude.

- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced workingenvironment.
