Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of M&E activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop detailed plans & specifications.
- Manage subcontractor/suppliers to ensure delivery of materials
- Monitor progress of works, identify any issues and implement corrective
- Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and budgets
- Inspections and quality checks to ensure installations are accordance .
- Review/approve shop drawings, technical submittals & material selections.
- Guide project teams on M&E matters, resolving any technical issues
- Coordinate with providers & authorities to obtain necessary permits
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 years as a M&E Manager in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
- Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for M&E project management, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications.
