1. To manage a certified Biological Laboratory to do tests related to microbiology and related science for the company and contract customers.
2. To monitor the microbiological profile of water and products produced by the company.
3. To monitor environmental profile in relation to the microbiological requirements.
4. To study and develop products within your expertise or in collaboration with colleagues or third parties to complement and supplement the existing range of products.
5. To trouble-shoot products that are having problems and to help to improve the products to the quality requirements and product specification.
6. To develop dossier, write up for both labels and product insert, background paper, regulatory documents, brochures, education materials for products that our company is developing or marketing.
7. To deal or liaise with relevant authorities in terms of regulatory requirements.
8. To deal and liaise with suppliers for both raw and packaging materials, customers, third party products owner or developers, product marketers in the process of your duty.
9. To help to train up workers and Laboratory Assistants in the relevant areas so that they can carry out their duties effectively.
10. To help to take part in education seminars, workshops or to give talks to audience to further the interest of the company.
11. To help to find ways to improve the quality of the products handled and productivity within the company’s operations.
12. To play an active role as part of the team in advancing the company’s objectives.
13. To take on other appropriate assignments from time to time under the direction of the company.
