Mooncake Call Centre Admin - Part Time Position

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (include one hour of unpaid break)

Monthly salary is calculated based on $16/hour rate for full month.


What’s the job?

To be responsible for generating leads and meeting overall goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating and confirming orders with potential clients. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.


Your day to day

• Answer all enquiries with confidence and knowledge through phone or email

• Making sales call and taking initiative to follow up on all leads consistently

• To propose and negotiate with client base on their requirement

• To present the physical mooncake box with demonstrations to client and go through customisation

• To liaise with supplier on artwork and detail of hotstamping once order are confirmed (quantity, date, colour)

• To ensure Master-list is updated with necessary details all the time

• File in E-store orders/any redemptions accordingly base on collection/delivery date

• Update and share daily revenue pace

• Conduct regular competitor survey

• Ensure all orders are charge accordingly into micros and tally with PM account
