Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Arrange advertisement of job openings
- Set up, schedule and coordinate interview sessions with candidates, recruitment agencies, internal recruiter and hiring managers
- Prepare employment agreements for successful candidates
- Update and track hiring status for reporting
- Manage the background screening process and flag out any discrepancies for clearance prior to onboarding
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Conduct onboarding and/or exit process for employees and ensure a seamless process
- Set up and coordinate all requirements for the first day onboarding of the new hire (including timely preparation of IT and other resources / tools)
- Maintain an accurate HR database, update employee’s information in HRIS system
Training and Engagement
- Assist in the coordination for training sessions
- Support employee engagement activities
- Participate in projects and initiatives as and when opportunities arise
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder with min. 5 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment ops support and HR administration
- Proficient in Excel especially in Pivot table and vlookup
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) e.g. SAP
- Good understanding of Singapore labour laws, regulations and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and pay attention to details
- Able to work independently or and in a team to resolve issues and/or identify solutions in a timely manner
- Possess strong sense of ownership to complete tasks assigned on timely basis and with quality.
