Job summary:

We are seeking a competent procurement admin executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company purchases products and services ethically. This role may involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, analyzing market trends, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Managing relationships with existing suppliers and identifying potential new suppliers.
  • Liaise with Suppliers on defective goods and take corrective action.
  • Maintain minimum supply inventory levels and negotiate any emergency deals with vendors.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Analyzing market trends and conducting research to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Perform daily filling of documents.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  • To perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duty from management when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum DEGREE in Purchasing & Material Control or Business Administration or its equivalents.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience.
  • Willing to handle office admin & HR admin duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
