Customer Service Officer (Airfreight)
Basic Salary: $2300-$2800
Working hours: 5.5 days work, Mon – Fri 9am-6pm & Sat: 9am – 1pm

Job Description:
- Handle full set Export/Import documentation.
- Handle enquirers from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotation.
- Customs permit declaration.
- Liaise with customers for delivery arrangement.
- Handle the key account customers according to SOP's and escalate special cases to Department Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide report and statistic to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 year experience in Airfreight industry with customs permit declaration is preferred.
- With INCOTERMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Possess relevant background is an advantage.
