Job Description:
As an Accounts Manager, you'll oversee finances for our backpacker hostels, ensuring accuracy, managing budgets, and boosting profitability. You'll handle financial reporting, budgeting, accounts, payroll, expenses, tax compliance, audits, vendor contracts, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee invoicing and payments.
Payroll Management: Coordinate accurate payroll processing.
Expense Management: Monitor and control hostel expenses.
Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations.
Auditing and Compliance: Collaborate with auditors for compliance.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendors.
Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to align financial goals.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Accounting and/or 2 years of Accounts Management experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Flexibility to travel to different hostel locations if required
