- Report to Construction Manager
- Supervise Architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety & environment regulations
- Review, update coordinate and generate all Architectural shop drawings
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and coordinate with site team to resolve technical issues
- Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters
- Coordinate and arrange necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities
- Assist to Architectural RI inspection
- Planning and scheduling of Architectural work progress
- Ensure all materials are in accordance to project specifications
- Liaise with Consultants for RFI and RFA
- Assist Project Manager in resolving drawing & site issues
- Handling technical problems and provide solutions
- Site management
Job requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture or any other relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in building Architectural & finishing works for A1 MNC Construction firm is mandatory for this position
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Able to perform under tight schedule and with available resources
