Job Description:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and offer personalized assistance to cater to their specific needs and preferences.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain the showroom in an organized and visually appealing manner, ensuring products are displayed effectively and in line with company standards.
- Product Demonstration: Provide in-depth knowledge of products and services, demonstrating their features and benefits to customers.
- Customer Guidance: Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences, offering recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Sales Support: Facilitate the sales process by guiding customers through purchasing decisions and providing necessary product and pricing information.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule customer appointments for showroom visits, consultations, and product demonstrations as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Any education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a showroom, retail, or sales environment.
- Knowledge in home renovation décor and materials will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
