Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, liaise, organize, and schedule routine maintenance work, acting as a bridge between in-house technicians, contractors and customer.
  • Follow up on customer feedback, prepare necessary documents as per customer requirements before job commencement, and update customers upon job completion.
  • Track and monitor the progress of repair work for breakdown equipment.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports, and maintenance reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Conduct on-site visits as necessary.
  • Source spare parts.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability for work.
  • 5.5 days a week.

Salary:

  • $2200 to $3200 depending on experience level
