Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, liaise, organize, and schedule routine maintenance work, acting as a bridge between in-house technicians, contractors and customer.
- Follow up on customer feedback, prepare necessary documents as per customer requirements before job commencement, and update customers upon job completion.
- Track and monitor the progress of repair work for breakdown equipment.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports, and maintenance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct on-site visits as necessary.
- Source spare parts.
- Perform various administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability for work.
- 5.5 days a week.
Salary:
- $2200 to $3200 depending on experience level
