Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Jurong
Work Days: Mon to Fri
Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' payroll using Times Software
· Prepare bank files, CPF, and IRAS submissions
· Reconcile monthly payroll and provide journals to Finance
· Manage recruitment process, including interviewing and follow-ups
· Administer work pass matters such as applications, renewals, and cancellations
· Perform daily administrative tasks and assist with phone inquiries
· Participate in HR meetings, company events, and activities
· Undertake additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Min 1-2 years’ HR experience in similar role
· Basic knowledge of local employment legislation
· Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
