Responsibilities
- Filing
- Preparation of legal documents and opening of conveyancing cases. Working closely with the sales team in ensuring smooth completion of transactions.
- Communication
- Liaising with Agents, Brokers, clients and related parties for further verification and clarification.
- Data Collection
- Administrative support in requesting and retrieving of necessary documents.
- Scheduling of Appointment
- Setting up of appointment for client to sign legal documents with the Solicitor as well as monitoring deadlines.
- Bank notices
Requirements
- Meticulous, well-organised and good time management.
- Able to work long hours (if required).
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
