Job Description:-
- To assist the team in pre-project preparation, development and testing of system implementations and UAT testing activities;
- Define data and business requirements with various teams involved in the planning stages;
- Coordinate and prepare test scope, test cycles activities and escalate issues as necessary to ensure smooth execution;
- Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve incidents/defects, documenting root causes;
- Monitor and ensure Entry/Exit Criteria are met at every test stages;
- Implement strategies to enhance system availability and optimize performance;
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize monitoring and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:-
- Min. Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or IT-related discipline;
- At least 1 to 5 years of UAT experience in AML/ Compliance systems, Project management in banking/ finance industry is a must;
- Meticulous and methodological mindset in problem-solving and understanding of information security, IT operational support, system integration/ implementation;
- Able to multi-task within a specific timeline and proactive in a multi-disciplined team environment;
- Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite i.e. Excel and PowerPoint.
