The SingHealth Operation Technology (OpTech) Team provides comprehensive support for Medical Devices and Operation Technology Systems (MDOTS) and SingHealth managed systems. In the face of accelerated digitalisation and the rapid adoption of advanced healthcare technologies such as robotics and AI, the landscape of healthcare consumerism is evolving and the integration of Telehealth with OpTech is a key solution to meet future healthcare demands. The incumbent plays a key role in overseeing the successful procurement, evaluation, and deployment of OpTech-managed projects within SingHealth, ensuring compliance to SingHealth policies and processes.
As the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (Security and Compliance), Operational Technology, you will be responsible for the following:
- Implement a systemic process to evaluate MDOTS’s vulnerability on an ongoing basis and execute risk mitigation activities.
- Provide essential information to facilitate leadership decisions regarding risk to organisational operations and medical devices across SingHealth.
- Provide consultation and advice to SingHealth Institutions regarding HIM compliance so that agencies can make informed decisions and stay aligned to HIM Security policies and standards.
- Establish processes and framework to means to monitor and track compliance and deviations.
- Oversee regular checks to ensure compliance post implementation and during operations.
- Manage IT incidents related to MDOTS, conducting timely root cause analyses implementing corrective actions, and enforcing them to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in strategic initiatives or ad-hoc projects when required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in an operational IT security or risk management role. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for the Manager role.
- Experience and knowledge of Healthcare/Gov IT, Security and Procurement policies and best practices is an advantage.
- Certification in CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, COMIT will be advantageous.
- Highly proficient in cybersecurity and IoT/IoMT and the relationship between them.
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, and conceptualisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills to work with stakeholders of different levels.
- Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work independently.
