Working closely with Research Analysts, Traders and Corporate Access teams, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Sales of Japanese equities in Singapore (mainly) & Asean market
- Increase sales revenue and market share of institutional accounts
- Cultivate new clients and develop / maintain existing clients through rigorous sales call / ideas
- Understand clients’ strategies, their view of market opportunities so as to advise them on investment opportunities
- Determine ways to improve company’s service to clients and develop a systematic approach to process improvement
- Communicate timely and provide high quality solutions and services to clients to improve their profitability
Job Requirements :
• University degree in any discipline
• 8 - 10 years of sales experience including minimum 6 years of institutional equities sales experience
• Result oriented, dynamic and good team player and ability to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English and Japanese language skills to network and manage Japanese clients
