Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance department in completing relevant financial tasks, including cashier work, initiating payment processes, and handling reimbursement issues.
- Handle daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, office maintenance, ordering office stationery and pantry supplies, printer cartridge management, and booking and setting up meeting and conference rooms.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Manage day-to-day operations, such as rental agreements, utilities, mailboxes, and overseas document delivery arrangements.
- Support the finance and HR departments in the company's administrative, financial, and personnel management-related systems.
- Ensure that documents entered into the system are properly filed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or finance functions.
- Must be diligent, proactive, willing to learn, and capable of completing work with reasonable accuracy.
- Able to communicate and write in Chinese
