The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Junior Buyer
- Focus: Handle Procurement Process and Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
- Office location: Singapore, North-East
- Working hours: 8am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
- This role will start off as contract position.
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Engineering
- Min Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in a procurement role and dealing with Suppliers directly.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Handle procurement process
- Maintain timely delivery (OTD) to meet the network capacity requirement
- Handle Supplier Relationship
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
- Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers.
- Drive Negotiations with Suppliers for Sustaining Purchases
- Partner with the Category team and to build comprehensive view of supplier performance.
- Consolidates supplier performance for roll up to QBR/ASE
