Responsibilities
- Work closely with relevant business units to provide efficient and timely operational support and to deliver HR initiatives
- Provide direction and communication to stakeholders on key people processes such as on-boarding, workforce planning, talent and performance management and separation.
- Support in HR process and HR operations.
- Review and implement new and existing HR process improvements, including ensuing regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships and address employee relations issues.
- Analyze business unit data to identify trends and metrics.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment
- Stakeholder management skill is expected.
