Responsibilities

  • Work closely with relevant business units to provide efficient and timely operational support and to deliver HR initiatives
  • Provide direction and communication to stakeholders on key people processes such as on-boarding, workforce planning, talent and performance management and separation.
  • Support in HR process and HR operations.
  • Review and implement new and existing HR process improvements, including ensuing regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships and address employee relations issues.
  • Analyze business unit data to identify trends and metrics.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment
  • Stakeholder management skill is expected.
