Responsibilities
- Prepare BIM Model, Shop drawings, Plan & Section drawings of HVAC related according to client’s requirements.
- Coordinate with main-contractor’s draft person (3D modeler) for ensuring that all arising matters while establishing
and coordinating the HVAC drawing with other MEP drawings are resolved for smooth combination to the overall
CSD requirements.
- Report and update BIM progress whenever required.
Jobskill / Experience
- Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in ACMV/HVAC Field is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in CP83 Local CAD Standard, AutoCAD 2D, duct and piping layout and schematic drawings,
knowledge of 3D BIM Modelling (Revit is a MUST), MEP, MicroStation and Navisworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
Qualification
Nitec relevant certificate or Higher Certificate in Drafting, Diploma Holder in Building Services or Mechanical & Electrical Services
