• Drafting of Diagrams: Create accurate diagrams based on updates from Interior Designers (ID) and clients to reflect the latest project status.
• Project management: Maintain and update project management tool with relevant photos, checklists, due dates, and task assignments.
• Client Management: Provide prompt responses to customer and ID inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Customer Support: Follow up with customers via WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoot smart home issues: Respond to client queries regarding smart home failures within one hour. Categorize smart home issues based on severity and provide appropriate responses following standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Site Visits: Coordinate with ID and electrical teams to ensure alignment with smart home scope during site visits.
• Pre-Electrical checks: Conduct inspections to ensure switches, access points, and solutions can be installed correctly during implementation.
• Electrical Implementation: Oversee the installation of switches by the electrical team to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Pre-Implementation packing: Prepare and verify inventory before smart home implementation to ensure all necessary items are available.
Requirements
1. Must have Class 3/3A drivers license
2. 5.5 work day a week, Off day on Sunday
3. Experience as ID coordinator is good to have
