We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a large warehouse and oversee the daily operations. The Warehouse Operation Executive will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock rotation. An ability to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential.

Job Scope
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory
• Create and implement inventory management systems, processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
• Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Executive
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures and best practices
• Ability to manage inventory control systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
