GREENINE GROUP was founded in 2011 and we are based in Tokyo, Japan. We have recently set up a new headquarter with our 2,350 sqft office in downtown Singapore, our chairman also has a home office in the city. This role is crucial to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for a safe and hygienic environment in both offices.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in facilities management in corporate office and/or high-end residence
- Must have good command of English
- Attention to detail, friendly and helpful to align with the company values and culture
- Confident, gentle and calm personality
- Proactive and able to work efficiently and effectively
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for basic office maintenance and staff/guest experience
- Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the offices, including floors, furniture, and surfaces in the premises
- Handle daily cleaning tasks such as but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of furniture surfaces and counters
- Ensure proper disposal of trash and separation of recyclables
- Always maintain cleanliness of the pantry area and ensure that pantry supplies and storage adhere to Food Safety Guidelines
- Monitor minor works, relocations and alterations when necessary
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks when needed
