We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue invoice emails to customers
· Prepare monthly sales reports
· Prepare supplies invoices for accounting purposes
· Generate and prepare quotations for customers
· Collect and arrange payment from customers
· Follow up on outstanding invoices
· Assist superiors and prepare cost analyses
· Record Shell card receipts (Company Diesel Card)
· Cover duties of the Storekeeper when necessary
· Negotiate pricing with suppliers
· Check stock inventory and liaise with the storekeeper
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
· Experience in customer service and invoicing preferred
