Job Description
· Ensure the client’s order is fulfilled as agreed.
· Accurately communicate and organize TIC services to avoid re-work
· Monitor project item times
· Achieve process KPI’s through effective process and project management
· Accurately report and record data and information using, ComPASS, SAP, Sharepoint and department specific systems.
· Maintain an environment of personal development and training that reflects process goals
· Focus on achieving the department’s Process Goals, the TIC process goals and associated KPIs
· Work independently on task being assigned to (incl. task not directly project related)
· Support sales colleagues with client enquiries
Requirements
· A bi-cultural communicator with a technical focus who is capable of working with international staff.
· Technical language capability in English
· Understanding of industrial and international industrial machinery safety standards and guidelines such as Machinery Directive, NFPA 79, and SEMI S2/S8
· Skilled and experience in the management of projects and resources in an efficient way
· Willing to travel extensively within the country and region.
